Morocco
Morocco
is one of the leading pioneers of Oriental dance, not only in the United States,
but in the World outside of the Middle East and North Africa in general.
She began her career in dance in the late 50's as a concert Flamenco ancer
with the Ballet Espanol Jimenez Varga, however, when she accidentally found
Oriental dance, she knew that she would forever dedicate her life to this
art form.
She has traveled extensively throughout the Middle east, North Africa and
Central Asia, observing and documenting the various dances and cultures of
those regions. She was perhaps the first dancer to openly challenge
the myths and stereotypes about this ancient dance form in the media.
She remains a vibrant, vital force in the field of Middle Eastern Dance.

Adel Ibrahim
Every
dancer must take care of their vessel, therefore proper diet and exercise
must become a art of our lifestyle to ensure that our bodies continue to perform
optimally.
Adel a native of Alexandria Egypt, has been my personal trainer for the past
year. I met him on my return from Egypt last year, where I had lost
ten pounds due to illness. With his help I gained back the weight I
lost, in muscle in only two months! Ordinarily, it would have taken
me a year to gain that much weight back. let alone the strength and muscle
tone.
Adel's greatest achievement was realized when his brother, Karam Gaber, won
the gold medal for Egypt in Greko-Roman Wrestling in the 2004 Olympics. Karam
credits his brother Adel, with teaching him everything he knows about wrestling
and fitness. To learn more about him, visit his site by clicking here:
