RENTAL PACKAGE DETAILS

At manhattantheatresource, we rent our mainstage by the week. The first week is $2500.00. This gives you time in the theatre from 3pm until 11pm on Monday & 1pm until 11pm on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. On Friday, and Saturday of this first week, you have access to the theatre from 6pm to 11pm for your performances.

Any additional weeks after this first one are rented at $2250 per week. This gives you access to the theatre from 6pm to 11pm on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday for performance. Strike generally takes place on Monday from 1pm until 4pm following the final performance.

The rental package includes use of the theatre and dressing rooms during the times mentioned above, our lighting package, our sound package, liability and worker's compensation insurance (required under the Equity showcase code), and... last but not least, box office support. Other arrangements can also be made (for an extremely nominal fee) to use additional services and/or equipment.
